Shurrup. D< I know my French is horrible. Someone can Grammar Nazi me if they want. ... What's French for 'grammar'? Ennyways. Was fooling around on EasyToon, a simple black and white animation program. It's an animation. A NINJER animation. The girl's name is Yura and the boy's name is Shin. As you can see, I learn how to use the fill bucket halfway through, and play around with shading in the last few frames... >>; So Yura's hair stops looking like something chewed on it. It's not finished yet, and the animation is a little choppy, too... It's probably not halfway as good as yours is going to be, Akira, but I'm just fooling around. X3 What do you think?

Wow, your ability to portray fight scenes is really good! Ours isn't 'fight scene' much, but it'll be alright, I guess. As for the 'choppy' part? Have you tried extending frames and then changing to a faster frame rate? Heh, I've never used EasyToon before, but I'm assuming it's similar to MacroMedia Flash...
Are you going to keep going with your animation? Make it longer? :3
And... french for 'grammar' is 'grammaire'.

LAWL.
Yeah, I am. There's more, but I'm too lazy to export it into BMP mode.
Well, imagine Flash, take away the timeline, take away the layers, take away the colours, and take away most of the toolbar, and you've got EasyToon. It's a little annoying, because I've worked with Flash before and I did a pretty good animation on there that the teacher insists on showing to all of our Applied Tech classes [to the delight of my partner and slight mortification of myself, people continue to come up and ask if i drew " that i-pod thing Mrs. H showed us today."], and now I have to work with this slightly-senile-and-challenging-but-fun program. But it's cool.
And I'll try your suggestion.

No timeline?! Do you draw with keyframes or motion pegs?

...?
I have no idea. You just make new frames and draw in them. You can see the last frame's drawing in purple, and the future frame's in red-dish, and your current frame in black.
But that's it... >>;
